KENA. was born out of both determination and inspiration during the winter of 2023. Our founder, Grace, found herself facing an unexpected setback after an injury took over her junior semester of college. Spending countless days at home recovering, Grace used this downtime to turn her dreams into reality. With a passion for swimwear and a desire to create something meaningful, she set out to design a brand that embodied everything she believed young women needed—swimwear that wasn’t extremely overpriced, that inspires confidence, and that featured timeless styles that everyone could appreciate. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted, with custom-designed patterns that reflect both elegance and practicality.
